Bod Pod Body Composition Analysis
The Bod Pod by Life Measurement, Inc. was created using the same principle as “gold standard” hydrostatic (underwater weighing) testing. The Bod Pod uses air displacement technology instead of water to measure body volume. It is the most accurate method available to measure body composition. Body Composition Analysis by Bod Pod provides a baseline measurement of weight, fat free% (lean muscle mass) and fat %. A Bod Pod report identifies important shifts in fat and lean muscle mass over time that a scale, calipers and bioelectrical impedance cannot. It’s fast, affordable, accurate and comfortable. The Bod Pod analysis takes about 5 minutes to complete.

VO2 Test
A VO2 Test provides information to tailor exercise and training parameters of intensity, duration and frequency to maximize calorie burn, help avoid overtraining, undertraining and physical injury due to training at the wrong intensity level. Results of a VO2 determines how many calories you burn per minute at different exercise intensity levels and how many calories are burned from fat vs carbohydrates. The test can determine how aerobically fit an athlete is at different levels of exercise intensity. It can determine Anaerobic Threshold and is a non-invasive method of estimating Lactate Threshold.
