St. Luke’s Listed among “100 Best Places to Work in Healthcare”

The Woodlands, TX – St. Luke’s The Woodlands Hospital has been named to the list of the “100 Best Places to Work in Healthcare” by Modern Healthcare magazine.

In addition, St. Luke’s Episcopal Health System was also named. On this inaugural list, no other hospital or healthcare system in Houston was recognized. .

Sukin (left), CEO of St. Luke’s The Woodlands Hospital St. Luke’s The Woodlands Hospital recently accepted an award in Chicago, IL in recognition of the hospital’s listing among the “100 Best Places to Work in Healthcare” by Modern Healthcare magazine by Fawn Lopez (right), Vice President & Publisher.

Approximately 240 healthcare employers completed a survey detailing company policies, practices, benefits and demographics.  Employees were asked in-depth questions in eight core areas:  leadership and planning, culture and communications, role satisfaction, working environment, relationship with supervisor, training and development, pay and benefits and overall satisfaction.  Based on these results, Modern Healthcare placed both St. Luke’s entities in the top 100.
