The Woodlands, TX – A Maternal-Fetal Medicine program has recently debuted at St. Luke’s The Woodlands Hospital along with the recent addition of Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialist Stacy L. Strehlow, M.D., to the hospital staff.

According to Debby Roberts, Director of the Women’s and Children’s Center at St. Luke’s, the Maternal-Fetal Medicine division provides care for high-risk, pregnant women and their unborn children. High-risk patients are defined as those with medical or surgical problems, previous pregnancy complications and other conditions that increase the need for close monitoring and assessment throughout their pregnancy.
