Maternal-Fetal Medicine program debuts in
The Woodlands at St. Luke’s
Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialist Dr. Stacy Strehlow
joins staff at St. Luke’s The Woodlands Hospital
The Woodlands, TX – A Maternal-Fetal Medicine program has recently debuted at St. Luke’s The Woodlands Hospital along with the recent addition of Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialist Stacy L. Strehlow, M.D., to the hospital staff.
According to Debby Roberts, Director of the Women’s and Children’s Center at St. Luke’s, the Maternal-Fetal Medicine division provides care for high-risk, pregnant women and their unborn children. High-risk patients are defined as those with medical or surgical problems, previous pregnancy complications and other conditions that increase the need for close monitoring and assessment throughout their pregnancy.
Stacy L. Strehlow, MD
Dr. Strehlow is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist who completed Maternal-Fetal Medicine training and specializes in evaluating and managing high-risk pregnancy conditions. Her special expertise includes pre-conception counseling, co-management of medical conditions, prenatal screening for fetal chromosomal abnormalities, comprehensive fetal ultrasound, first-trimester screening, 3-D ultrasound, genetic amniocentesis, and co-management of fetal interventions in collaboration with the Texas Children’s Fetal Center.
She is affiliated with Baylor College of Medicine and serves as an assistant professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology in the department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Baylor College of Medicine.

Dr. Strehlow earned her medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine. Her training includes a residency in obstetrics and gynecology and fellowship in maternal-fetal medicine at LAC + USC Medical Center’s Women’s and Children’s Hospital in Los Angeles, CA.
